Wesley Reece is passionate about helping driven, high performing females achieve their next level of success without sacrificing themselves or their family in the process. 

After 15 years of mentoring and leading women in growing their businesses, she found that there was a common thread between women who achieved great success prior to starting a family and then struggled through the adjustment of balancing a growing business or career with a family because they still had high expectations for their own performance but there was only so much time in day to get 'all the things done'. In the process, they grow weary and overwhelmed knowing they cannot last at this pace. Health issues may begin to loom, relationships with loved ones begin to suffer, and happiness starts to become an occasional feeling. 

Through growing her first successful business, she was also growing a family. But in the process, she wasn't being the mom or wife she had hoped to be. She was super stress and overwhelmed by all the demands coming at her from every angle in her life. She knew there had to be a better way. She made it her mission to figure it out and teach other women the same. She began coaching women out of overwhelm to greater achievement, to embrace simplicity, to experience happiness and peace within each day and not just an occasional event. 

She believes at her core true happiness comes when you become the person your vision requires you to be and it's possible for each person to create a life they dare to dream about. 

One a personal note, she loves crazy amounts of Mexican food and sugar cookies. Her free spirit has taken her to explore parts of the world traveling on a shoestring with only the belongings on her back. She is a wanderlust at heart and adventure seeker experiencing life to the fullest. 

She is a God-loving, wife, mom of 2 and on mission to help high performance females up level their whole life because she is a stronger believer and example that you don't have to sacrifice yourself or your family to achieve the level of success you desire in your business or career.
